Comprehensive Safety Analysis (CSA) 2010 is a Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) initiative to improve large truck and bus safety and ultimately reduce crashes, injuries and fatalities. Various phases of this program will occur throughout the year with full implementation completed in 2011.
