CSA Is Here. Are You Ready?
We have the tools to help you understand this new safety initiative.
Compliance Safety Accountability: What You Need To Know
Compliance Safety Accountability (CSA) is a Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) initiative to improve public safety by ultimately reducing large truck and bus crashes, injuries and fatalities.
The FMCSA now allows carriers to view how they are performing in each of the seven Behavior Analysis Safety Improvement Categories (BASICs), which is the Safety Measurement System the FMCSA is using to track driver performance.
Understanding the entire program can be difficult, but there are many informational tools to grasp the overall goal of the program.
