Penske Truck Leasing has debuted a facility in Romulus, Michigan, near the Detroit Metropolitan Airport. With an address of 37750 Northline Road, the location offers full-service truck leasing and contract truck fleet maintenance services.
"We opened a location in Romulus to better serve a strong mix of current and prospective industrial customers," explained Eric Vaquera, the Penske local district manager. "Our facility is ideally situated in the Interstate 94 and Interstate 275 corridor."
The 5,800-square-foot building sits on 6 acres and is outfitted with a pair of truck service bays. It can also expand to support market growth and demand.
The location also houses the company's proprietary fully digital and voice-directed truck fleet preventive maintenance process and connected fleet solutions, a value-added resource to help customers address issues and options related to onboard technology systems (ELDs, telematics, onboard cameras, etc.).
